Shipping & Delivery Policy

Healthstyle Labs provides direct access to clinical laboratory testing. Because our primary services are digital requisitions and laboratory results, our shipping policy focuses on electronic delivery and laboratory processing times.

1. Digital Requisition Delivery (Instant)

  • Delivery Method: Once your order is completed and payment is processed, your official Lab Requisition will be sent via Email or made available for download in your Private Dashboard.

  • Delivery Time: Requisitions are typically delivered within 24 Hours of your purchase.

  • Action Required: You must print this requisition or have it available on your mobile device to present at the clinical draw site.

2. Physical Lab Kits (If Applicable)

  • If you have ordered a specialized at-home collection kit (e.g., certain hormone or specialty tests), these are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

  • Processing Time: Physical kits are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

3. Laboratory Processing & Result Turnaround

While not a traditional "shipping" time, we know that receiving your results is the most important part of the journey.

  • Standard Turnaround: Most routine lab results (Hormones, STDs, Basic Metabolic Panels) are available within 24–72 hours after your blood is drawn at the lab.

  • Specialty Testing: Certain advanced panels may take 5–7 business days for complex analysis.

  • Notification: You will receive an automated email notification the moment your results are ready for secure viewing.

4. Service Area Restrictions

  • We currently provide services for patients only in the state of AZ.

  • State Restrictions: Due to specific state regulations, some testing may be restricted for residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Please check individual test pages for state-specific availability.

5. Lost or Missing Requisitions

If you do not receive your email requisition within 24 hours of purchase, please:

  1. Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.

  2. Ensure the email address used at checkout was correct.
