Healthstyle Labs is a premier online provider of clinical testing. To keep our costs low for our patients, we operate as a digital and phone-based service. While our administrative office is located in Maricopa, we do not perform blood draws at this location.

Instead, we partner with world-class clinical laboratories throughout Arizona to provide you with thousands of convenient draw sites.

3 Simple Steps to Get Tested

  1. Place Your Order: Order your tests securely on this website or call us at (866) 424-3088 or (520) 424-3088.

  2. We Process the Requisition: Within 24 hours, we place a formal "Computer Order" into the laboratory system.

  3. Visit the Lab: Go to your chosen laboratory location. Simply tell the technician: "I have a computer order from Healthstyles."

Important Lab Instructions

To ensure your testing is processed correctly, please follow these guidelines at the draw site:

  • DO NOT GIVE PAYMENT TO THE LAB: Your testing is fully pre-paid through Healthstyle Labs.

  • DO NOT PROVIDE A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (PCP) NAME: Using a different doctor's name can cause your results to be sent to the wrong office. All results are sent directly to us for your private review.

  • IDENTIFICATION: You must provide your legal Name and Date of Birth exactly as it appears on your Healthstyle Labs order.

Receiving Your Results

Once your specimen is collected, the laboratory processes the tests. We will deliver your results via Secure Email, Fax, or Mail (based on your preference) within 3-5 business days.
